5 step process
to a better night’s sleep
During this call, we will discuss your child's sleep challenges and see if our services would be a good fit.
Step 1: book a call
After our conversation, we will recommend which sleep package would be most beneficial for you and your child.
Step 2: choose a sleep package
You'll fill out an in-depth form. All necessary information will be gathered such as your child's temperament, health, and history. Then we will curate a custom sleep plan from this information.
Step 3: complete questionnaire
A 60-minute phone or video consult. We will go over the sleep plan to ensure you're comfortable with it. This is a great time for you to ask any questions or get clarity.
Step 4: virtual consult
We will implement the plan together. You will fill out daily sleep logs and submit any questions to me. I will be your sleep bestie, number 1 supporter, and provide you with knowledge, support and guidance over the duration that we work together.
